The 15th Governing Council of Bayero University, Kano, on Thursday, 22nd August, 2024 appointed Haruna Aliyu as the 7th substantive Registrar of the University. Haruna Aliyu has succeeded Malam Jamilu Salim, who died on 26th April, 2023.
The Mid Semester break for the 2023/2024 session is scheduled to start on Monday 26th August and normal academic activities to resume on Saturday 31st August 2024.
