The Minister of State for Education, Professor Suwaiba Sa’id Ahmad, on Friday, 12 December 2025, officially launched 20 electric tricycles for the campus transport scheme at Bayero University, Kano (BUK), under the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. The initiative is aimed at addressing transportation challenges faced by students across the University’s campuses while promoting a greener and more sustainable environment.
